Maserati And Audemars Piguet Become Partners

On February 13th at the Maserati headquarters in Modena, Audemars Piguet and Maserati, signed an international marketing partnership. Audemars Piguet will sponsor the Maserati Trophy and become "Official Supplier" for the G.T. car that will compete in the FIA championship.

During the 2005 year, Audemars Piguet and Maserati will be celebrating their respective anniversaries (130th for AP and 90th for Maserati). While the re-launch of the famous Millenary line marks the occasion for Audemars Piguet, an original limited edition watch within the Millenary collection has been created to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the famous Italian carmaker, the Audemars Piguet Dual Time Millenary Maserati. Its oval shape, evoking the Colosseum in Rome, imbued with a blend of modernity and classicism, lends itself particularly well to this new interpretation, inspired by the design and the spirit of Maserati.

Today, Maserati North America, and Fran�ois-Henry Bennahmias, President of Audemars Piguet North America, are pleased to announce that this partnership will be implemented in North America and celebrated with two major launch events during the Concours d'Elegance at Pebble Beach in Carmel, CA in August of 2005.

The functions of the Dual Time Millenary Maserati combine a second time zone with a power reserve and 24-hour indication and date.
